Administrator (HR)

Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to working with our successful client in the Blandford area who are looking to recruit an Administrator (HR) on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the HR department with a range of duties
  • Preparation of offer letters and dealing with references
  • Involvement with new starters including inductions
  • Processing holiday bookings and dealing with employee queries
  • Updating the HR system
  • Production of a range of documents and templates

What you need in order to succeed:

  • A confidential approach is essential
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Accuracy and the ability to work with discretion where no two days are the same
  • Experience within HR is not essential although an interest would be beneficial
