Commercial Catering Equipment Installer

Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our progressive and successful client who are actively looking to recruit a Commercial Catering Equipment Installer on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in an established team, you will provide essential support to their extensive client base.

Duties will include :

  • Installing commercial catering equipment using a range of power tools
  • Plumbing tasks to ensure water supply and drainage for a range of kitchen appliances
  • Installation of electrical equipment to suitable supply
  • Routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify mechanical issues / subsequent repair

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience servicing commercial catering equipment would be beneficial although not essential
  • Plumbing experience (Gas Safety Certificate a plus)
  • Engineering experience (mechanical / electrical) including planned and reactive maintenance
  • Organised, efficient, numerate and good at working under pressure
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with clients directly
  • Full driving licence

What you will receive in return:

  • To £45,000pa OTE
  • Monday to Friday full time, no antisocial hours
  • Organised workload with locally based clients, no excessive routes!
