Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service. Duties will include :

  • Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiries
  • Processing orders through to payment
  • Assisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicing
  • Updating internal database and spreadsheets
  • Liaison with a number of internal departments
  • Additional ad hoc projects and when required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from manufacturing / production / export although not essential
  • Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
