Customer Services Administrator, permanent vacancy based on full time hours )Monday to Friday) and located in the beautiful Cotswold Town of Cirencester. Your proven customer service skills will be greatly appreciated on joining this well-established client who has over 50 year's experience of providing the global manufacture and distribution of power generated motors and components.

This is a great career opportunity for a candidate looking for that extra responsibility, where you will interact with a number of key departments such as finance, purchasing, sales and shipping, helping to source solutions for the customer and drive through an exceptional customer service experience. Working as part of a team, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, supported by an inquisitive nature and a willingness to solve and deliver best outcomes.

The role does involve extensive telephone and written correspondence duties, therefore the need to listen, confirm, plan and organise a busy schedule are key to the overall success of this role. The need to confer with sales and order processing, ensuring that the product is available with confirmed distribution timescales will become very much the 'norm' within this role, assisting with the invoicing and accuracy of shipments each and every day.

Ideally you will have previous experience gained in a Manufacturing or Engineering sector, where the quality of customer service standards and product delivery have been of a consistent high standard. Naturally, we would expect a candidate to have a standard level of education, working knowledge of Windows based software (Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
