Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to working with an independent family run marketing agency company. They are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Account Manager to work in their Westbury office.

What you will be doing:

Working with Project Managers and BD Managers, you will be overseeing a variety of digital campaigns & services for your clients. Managing a range of current clients with their digital marketing projects/campaigns including websites, social media, SEO, PPC and more.

  • Managing current clients with their digital marketing projects/campaigns
  • Completing project briefs for the project team
  • Working closely with the Project Managers
  • Develop and build relationships with existing clients
  • Recommend new ideas and deliver progress reports
  • Retention and growth of an existing client base

What you need in order to succeed:

  • A proven track record of working in a Digital Sales &/or Digital Account Manager role within a marketing/digital agency environment
  • A strong understanding of Websites, SEO, PPC & Social Media
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, being a team player within a small agency is crucial
  • Ability to sell, co-ordinate and deliver new business campaigns
  • Confident, with excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Skilled at managing relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Some previous experience or exposure to B2B Sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, and project delivery skills including planning, optimisation, budgeting, presenting, reporting and data analysis
