Governance and Compliance Administrator (Part Time)

Governance and Compliance Administrator, based Swindon, working on a permanent part time basis 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The annual salary is offered at £18571 plus a range of highly competitive employee benefits. This part time position requires a high degree of competence in managing and answering specific queries, the ability to manage heavy caseloads with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Your target audience does include academics, educational facilities and a range of additional professional bodies, therefore previous exposure to governance and compliance administration is essential for this position.

As a Governance and Compliance Administrator, you may have worked within the Public Sector, or areas requiring strict adherence to policy and procedure, GDPR management, registration of mandatory documentation and/or charitable trustee administration. Naturally, you will be able to demonstrate advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint, with the ability to question and respond to complex requests for information, producing confidential documents and agendas for the purpose of high-profile meetings.

You will have the ability to manage and process intricate administration requests, checking for compliance and accuracy, assessing reasons for request and retaining information of a sensitive nature. Using your proven presentation (PowerPoint) skills you will be tasked with obtaining information used for formal meetings, arranging functions and events for the wider management team.

Ideally you will be educated to A Level standard with GCSE Grade C English and Maths, with previous administration, governance and/or compliance employment experience.
