Production Administrator

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively seeking to engage Customer Technical Administrator to join on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity Market Leader in their products and sector.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the head of Technical Services, you will be the first port of call for customers when they need to log a complaint.

  • Logging, investigate complaints.
  • Responding to complaints in the set time frame
  • Site and customer KPI reports
  • Check daily production record and raise any issues.
  • Artwork and packaging control
  • GMP and Quality Audits

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous in a quality driven / manufacturing environment.
  • Good attention to detail and experience of dealing with customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety
  • Very Good knowledge and understanding of Excel.

What you will receive in return:

  • To £24,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday 08.30AA to 17.30AM
