Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client near Chippenham, who are actively seeking to recruit a Production Manager to join and successful FMCG company.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the production unit ensuring it runs efficiently, to agreed parameters and customer order demands.
Working to best practice: Quality, labour control, waste control, production down time, utility usage, stock control and other measurements of efficiency.
All products made must be produced to the agreed quality specification whilst ensuring that all staff are trained to produce quality products within the company's Health & Safety rules and guidelines
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous Factory Management Experience or equivalent
- Previous Experience Working in a Food Manufacturing Environment
- Attention to Detail
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Willingness to Learn
- Team Player
What you will receive in return:
- £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 14.00-22:00
