Job Description

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Warminster area, who are actively seeking to engage a Project Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis, working with an interesting range of products.

What you will be doing:

  • Focusing on projects from new quote requests to commissioning and handover, using a bespoke database for data entry
  • Raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, coordinating with delivery dates and checking deliveries and invoices
  • Organising Engineer diaries and tasks and booking meetings with clients
  • Auditing project documentation on completion
  • Weekly reporting on projects and ongoing installation work

What you need in order to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Experience of diary management and managing schedules
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and a high level of accuracy

What you will receive :

  • To £28,000 DOE
