Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Shaftesbury, who are actively seeking to engage a Receptionist/Administrator (office based) to join their busy team :

What you will be doing:

As Receptionist/Administrator you will be the face of the business, meeting and greeting visitors as well as running reception :

  • Answering the phone, dealing with phone-based enquiries, booking appointments etc.
  • Greeting visitors, employees and suppliers
  • Additional administrative support (producing documents/emails etc)

What you will need to succeed:

  • A confident phone manner
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • A good range of IT skills including MS office and CRM systems
  • The ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment
