Job Description

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our prestigious client based in the Devizes area who urgently require a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

In this varied role, duties will include :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Liaison with the external sales team as well as customers throughout the entire order process
  • Managing and analysing customer forecasts and producing customer status reports
  • Updating client information on a variety of internal databases
  • Generating sales and purchase orders
  • Responsibility for varying stock models
  • Aged Stock control
  • Adhoc duties as required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous sales administration experience is essential
  • First rate data entry and IT skills including Dynamics 365 and CRM systems
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Numeracy skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise with excellent attention to detail

What you will receive in return:

  • To £27,000pa DOE plus bonus
  • Monday to Friday full - time (some hybrid available)
  • Free parking
  • Immediate start required!
