Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client near Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Administrator (motor) to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working in a busy and friendly team, duties will include :
- Ordering stock and customer vehicles
- Ensuring new and used vehicles have keys, service history, are taxed, have V5 and other documentation
- Producing customer packs, ensuring all paperwork is completed
- Organising workload for the sales admin team
- Invoicing
- Adhoc duties as required
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous sales administration experience is essential, ideally within the motor industry
- Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
- Strong IT skills including MS office/excel
- Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
