Sales Support Coordinator

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established, market leading organisation based in Westbury who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator on a 12 month FTC basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
  • Progressing enquiries through to quotes and completing sales orders
  • Preparation of information required for tenders and other associated documentation
  • Liaison with a number of internal departments and external suppliers
  • Updating the CRM system

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential, preferably from manufacturing
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Good numeracy skills and the ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
  • IT skills including word, excel and CRM systems

What you will receive in return :

  • £23,400 to £24,375pa DOE
  • Monday to Friday full-time
  • Supportive and fun working environment
  • 100% office based
  • This is a 12 month fixed term contract, therefore you will need to be available immediately or at very short notice
