Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Radstock area who are in urgent need of a temporary Sales Office Administrator for at least two months.

What you will be doing:

Assisting the sales office with a variety of duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with phone and email enquiries from both new and existing customers
  • Checking orders and supplier invoices
  • Assisting with the production of quotes for a varied product range
  • Inputting purchase orders and other information onto their in-house systems
  • Liaising with internal departments including finance
  • Adhoc project work as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven admin/customer service experience
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • A flexible approach
  • Your own transport due to our client's location

What you will receive in return:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Immediate start
