Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Radstock area who are in urgent need of a temporary Sales Office Administrator for at least two months.
What you will be doing:
Assisting the sales office with a variety of duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries from both new and existing customers
- Checking orders and supplier invoices
- Assisting with the production of quotes for a varied product range
- Inputting purchase orders and other information onto their in-house systems
- Liaising with internal departments including finance
- Adhoc project work as and when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven admin/customer service experience
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A flexible approach
- Your own transport due to our client's location
What you will receive in return:
