Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in the Chippenham area, who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential support to the team, duties will include :
- Ensuring the sales office runs smoothly and effectively
- Production of a range of documentations including quotations, reports, and presentations
- Liaison with clients, dealing with enquiries and queries
- Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and despatch
- Coordinating marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation
- Additional project work as and when required
What you will need to succeed:
- Extensive administrative experience essential, ideally from a production/manufacturing environment
- Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure
- Ability to use initiative and take ownership
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email
